Though my work as a dialogue facilitator is based on Marshall Rosenberg’s work, Nonviolent Communication, I’ve always been fascinated with human interactions and communication, so I learn as much as I can from as many sources as I can. I love books and reading. I love people and fulfilling conversations. This book club comes to mix these passions of mine in (what I hope will be) an enjoyable and fruitful adventure.

Frequent Asked Questions
When will the next book be announced?
On the first day of each month (except for December, probably), you’ll receive an email from me with the announcement. You can read along with me, you can start later, or you can skip the book altogether.
How often will you email me? I already have a full inbox.
I am writing to you twice a month. The first email announces the book of the month. The second email is my review of that book and my key takeaways.
I know you practice Nonviolent Communication. Are all the books about Nonviolent Communication?
No. Actually very few of them will be on/about Nonviolent Communication. As I said, I like to learn about as many approaches as possible and add to what I know.
When will the members of the club discuss the book?
Anytime. 🙂 In the Facebook group, look for the cover of the book you are reading and join the conversation there. The activity on the Facebook group is sustained only by you, the members.
How do you choose the books?
The books I propose for the book club are books that are on my reading list. So I am reading them during the month they are announced.
Will there be live online meetings?
At some point, I plan to offer live meetings too. First, I want to see how many members will stay engaged in the club and where they live (accommodating time zones can be quite challenging).
Will you offer the books for FREE?
NO. This is a free online book club. Each member buys their own copy.
Do I have to read at the same speed as the group?
No. You don’t even have to read the books in order. You’ll have access to the newsletter archive so you can read all the announcements and reviews the members have received so far.
Do I have to pay for my subscription?
This is a gift of mine for my community. If you find value in my recommendations and reviews of the books, you can contribute, of course. Thank you for your intention!
I would like to make a book suggestion!
Great. Reply to any of the emails you’ll receive from me after joining or use the contact page on my website.
